Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Amendment Order 2015 and comes into force on 25th February 2015.
Amendment of Commencement Order No. 2
2.—(1) The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014(1) is amended as follows.
(2) After article 2, insert—
“2A. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 65 of the Act is 25th February 2015.”.
(3) In article 3, for “sections 65 and” substitute “section”.
