Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2015 and comes into force on 8th January 2016.
Appointed day
2. 8th January 2016 is the day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 13(1) and (2)(b)(i) of schedule 9 to the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014 (amendment of section 2(1)(c) of the Scottish Civil Justice Council and Criminal Legal Assistance Act 2013(1)).
