Amendment of the Money Attachment Rules 2009

16.—(1) The Money Attachment Rules 2009(1) are amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) In rule 14 (appeals)—

(a) omit paragraph (3);

(b) insert—

“(4) An appeal to the Sheriff Appeal Court is to be made in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Appeal Court Rules) 2015(2).”.
