Amendment of the Rules for Applications in the Sheriff Court under the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002

13.—(1) The Rules for Applications in the Sheriff Court under the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002(1) are amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) After rule 36 (applying for leave to appeal), insert—

“Appeals to the Sheriff Appeal Court

36A.   An appeal to the Sheriff Appeal Court is to be made in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Appeal Court Rules) 2015(2).”.

(3) In Appendix 2 (glossary), in the term “stated case”, for “sheriff principal” substitute “Sheriff Appeal Court”.
