1. These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Tribunals (Listed Tribunals) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st December 2015.
2. In schedule 1 to the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014—
(a)in paragraph 5, at the end insert—
“,
(c)the private rented housing panel,
(d)the homeowner housing panel”; and
(b)in paragraph 13(5), after “Act 2011” insert—
“,
(c)paragraph (c) relates to the functions exercisable by the private rented housing panel and the president of the panel by virtue of section 21(3) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006(1),
(d)paragraph (d) relates to the functions exercisable by the homeowner housing panel and the president of the panel by virtue of section 16(1) of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011(2)”.
