The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(5), 36(2)(f), 37(1), (2), (4)(b), (4A), and (18)(b), 39(7)(c), 41(3)(b), 48(1) and (2), 49(2), 51A (2) and (6), 51B(2)(b), (3) and (4), 52(1), (3), and (7), 63(5) and 98(3) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 20031 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
