1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st January 2016.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
2. In the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2014(1)—
