12.  In article 54B—

(a) in paragraph (2)—

(i) in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) omit “or wholly derived from waste”; and

(ii) in sub-paragraph (b), for “54(3ZB)” substitute “54(5)”; and

(b) in paragraph (6)—

(i) in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) omit “or wholly derived from waste”; and

(ii) in sub-paragraph (b) for “54(3ZB)” substitute “54(5)”.
