2.—(1) 22nd September 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act specified in paragraph (2).
(2) The provisions are the following subsections of section 35 (landlord application to private rented housing panel)—
(a)subsection (1);
(b)subsection (4) for the purpose of enabling the Scottish Ministers to make regulations under sections 28B(1) and 28C(11) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006(1); and
(c)subsection (8).
(3) 1st December 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of subsections (2), (4) (in so far as not already in force) and (5) to (7) of section 35 of the Act.
