1. This Order may be cited as the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 Amendment Order 2015 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
2. In Part 2 of schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (listed authorities: entries amendable by Order in Council), after paragraph 25ZA (Historic Environment Scotland)(1) insert—
“25ZB ILF Scotland.”(2).
