2.—(1) The Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 1994(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 10(1)(d) (meaning of European site) after “to” insert, “Article 4(1) or (2) of Council Directive 1979/409/EEC on the conservation of wild birds(2) or”.
