Subject to paragraph (2), the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas (Applications for Scheduled Monument Consent) (Scotland) Regulations 20117 are revoked.

Those Regulations continue to have effect as they had effect immediately before 1stOctober 2015 in relation to an application for scheduled monument consent made before that date.
