6. Until the date on which a revised environmental quality standard for a substance in Part A of Annex I to Directive 2008/105/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council(1) is required to be applied by virtue of the amendments made to the 2013 Regulations by regulation 3(b) of these Regulations, regulation 17(1) of the 2013 Regulations as in force immediately before 14th September 2015 continues to apply in so far as it requires SEPA to apply a different corresponding standard for that substance.
