Amendment of Part 4 (measures in relation to groundwater) of the 2013 Regulations

4.  In the 2013 Regulations—

(a) in regulation 20, for the definition of “Groundwater Directive” substitute—

““the Groundwater Directive” means Directive 2006/118/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of groundwater against pollution and deterioration(1) as amended by Commission Directive 2014/80/EU(2);”; and

(b) in regulation 21(4)(c), omit “a summary of”.
