The Scottish Ministers may make an arrangement with another person or body for any of its functions under these Regulations to be exercised by that person or body as its agent.

Such an arrangement must be in writing and signed by or on behalf of the Scottish Ministers and the person or body concerned and may be subject to conditions.
3
Such an arrangement may be supplemented by a service level agreement or such other written documents as may be agreed by the Scottish Ministers and the person or body concerned.
