2. The following provisions of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 come into force on 7th May 2015—
(a)section 1(1);
(b)section 1(2) but only for the purpose of bringing into force the provision of Schedule 1 of the 2010 Act specified in sub-paragraph (c); and
(c)Schedule 1, paragraph 2 but only for the purpose of enabling the Scottish Ministers to make regulations prescribing the procedure by which a person may be nominated or otherwise selected as suitable for appointment, as a member of the Scottish Sentencing Council.
