5.  In schedule 3 to the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000(1) (devolved public bodies), after “Highlands and Islands Enterprise” insert—

“An integration joint board established under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014”.
