13. In regulation 5(e)(ii) of the Land Managers Skills Development Grants (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (eligible bodies)(1), after “2005” insert “or a college of further education which is assigned to a regional strategic body by order made under section 7C(1) of that Act”.
