Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st April 2015.
Appointed day
2.—(1) 1st April 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 specified in paragraph (2).
(2) The provisions are—
(a)section 85 (Tenement management scheme), insofar as not already in force;
(b)section 87 (Work notices);
(c)section 88 (Maintenance plans);
(d)section 90 (Non-residential premises: repayment charges);
(e)section 91 (Repayment charges: recovery of repayable amount); and
(f)section 92 (Charging orders).
