19.—(1) Article 57(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)(a) for “and accreditation in accordance with article 58” substitute “in accordance with article 58 and accreditation in accordance with article 58ZZA”.

(3) In paragraph (2)(b) omit “or 54(4)”.
