The notice referred to in section 23(1) of the Act (conversion to personal pre-emption or redemption burden) is to be in the form of notice set out in form 4.

The explanatory note to this notice referred to in section 75(2)(b) of the Act is to be in the form of explanatory note which immediately follows form 4.
