Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2014 and come into force on 29th March 2014.
(2) In these Regulations “the 1993 Regulations” means the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 1993(1).
