Amendment of the schedule to the Act

3.  In Part 1 of the schedule to the Act—

(a) in the entry relating to the National Assistance Act 1948(1) the references to sections 22 and 26 of that Act are repealed;

(b) in the entry relating to the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968(2), the reference to section 87 of that Act is repealed;

(c) in the entry relating to the Local Government and Planning (Scotland) Act 1982(3), for “24” substitute “24(1)”; and

(d) in the entry relating to the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987(4), for “5 and 5A” substitute “5(1) and 5A(1)”.
