comprise 65 to 70 per cent petroleum coke and 25 per cent anthracite (both by weight) together with a cold setting resin binder, hardener and low temperature stabiliser as the remaining weight;

are produced at ambient temperature by a process involving roll-pressing and cold curing;

are unmarked square pillow-shaped briquettes;

have an average weight of 100 grammes +/- 5 per cent per briquette; and

have a sulphur content of approximately 1.9 per cent of the total weight.
