SCHEDULE S Sulphur content of liquid fuels permits

6.  The person to whom a sulphur content of liquid fuels permit is F1 ... transferred under paragraph 5 must – S

(a) notify SEPA in writing (or in electronic form acceptable to SEPA) of the F2 ... transfer; and

(b) do so within 21 days of the F3 ... date of the transfer.
