Amendment of the Commencement No. 2 and Saving Provisions Order

2.—(1) The Marriage and Civil Partnership (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2 and Saving Provisions) Order 2014(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 3(2)(a) (saving), after “commence” insert “on”.

(3) For the Schedule substitute the Schedule in the Schedule to this Order.
