Employment as a teacher in Edinburgh College of Art, a part of the University of Edinburgh, where the teacher immediately before 1st August 2011 was in pensionable employment at Edinburgh College of Art, was transferred to employment at the University of Edinburgh on 1st August 2011 and has not ceased to be employed in that part of the University of Edinburgh at any time since that date.
