Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2014 and comes into force on 25th July 2014.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014.
Day appointed
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 64 of the Act (Common Services Agency for the Scottish Health Service: residual liabilities) is 25th July 2014.
