4. The following instruments are revoked—
(a)the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 1985(1);
(b)the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1997(2);
(c)the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011(3); and
(d)paragraph 22 of schedule 1 to the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 (Consequential Modifications and Savings) Order 2013(4).
