Designation of haul-out sites3

The places referred to in paragraph (2) are designated as haul-out sites for the purposes of section 117 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010.

The places referred to in this paragraph are the areas of land above the mean low water spring tide lying within any specified area.

For the purposes of paragraph (2), a specified area is an area described in the Schedule—
a
being an area which is bounded by the lines joining—
i
in the order given, the co-ordinates specified in points 1, 2, 3 and 4 of column 2 of the relevant entry in the Schedule; and
ii
points 4 and 1 of column 2 of that entry; and
b
whose site name is specified in column 1 of that entry.
