Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Harbour Authority Designation (Scotland) Order 2014 and comes into force on 16th June 2014.
Designation of harbour authority
2.—(1) The Company, as harbour authority for the harbour area specified in section 14 of the Order set out in the Schedule to the Clyde Port Authority Confirmation Act 1965(1), is a designated harbour authority in terms of section 40A of the Harbours Act 1964.
(2) In paragraph (1), “the Company” means Clydeport Operations Limited (formerly Clydeport Limited) to which functions as harbour authority were transferred by the Clyde Port Authority Scheme 1991 Confirmation Order 1992(2).
