The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2013 No. 98 (C. 7)

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2013 and comes into force on 31st March 2013.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011.
