Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

2.  In subsection (1) of section 153 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1)—

(a) omit paragraph (ff)(2);

(b) for paragraph (mm)(3), substitute—

“(mm) Zero Waste Scotland;”;

(c) in paragraph (nn)(4), after “scheme” insert “or programme”; and

(d) for paragraph (rr)(5), substitute—

“(rr) any scheme or programme for the purpose of preventing or reducing waste, or of promoting resource efficiency, including (without prejudice to those generalities) the Zero Waste programme;”.
