Amendment of regulation 4A

5.  In regulation 4A (recovery of costs)—

(a) in paragraph (1), after “4(5)” insert “or (5B)”; and

(b) in paragraph (2), for “paragraph (2), (3), (4)” substitute “paragraph (2), (2B), (3A), (3D), (4), (4B)”.
