Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 9th February 2013.
Amendment of the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 2010
2.—(1) The Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 2010(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (sports grounds)—
(a)omit the following entries—
| Caledonian Stadium | Inverness |
| Doubletree Dunblane Stadium | Stirling |
| Victoria Park Stadium | Dingwall; |
(b)insert the following entries at the appropriate places—
| Forthbank Stadium | Stirling |
| Global Energy Stadium | Dingwall |
| Tulloch Caledonian Stadium | Inverness; and |
(c)for “Kynoch Stadium” substitute “Kynoch Park”.
(3) Omit paragraph 7 of Part I of Schedule 2 (classes of sporting events).
