1. This Order may be cited as the Fundable Bodies (Scotland) Order 2013 and comes into force on 10th December 2013.
2. In schedule 2 (fundable bodies) to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005(1)—
(a)omit the entries for—
