The Fundable Bodies (Scotland) Order 2013 No. 319

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Fundable Bodies (Scotland) Order 2013 and comes into force on 10th December 2013.

Modification of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005

2.  In schedule 2 (fundable bodies) to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005(1)—

(a) omit the entries for—

Aberdeen College of Further Education;

• The Adam Smith College, Fife;

• Angus College of Further Education; and

• Anniesland College;

(b) for “Ayr College” substitute “Ayrshire College”;

(c) omit the entries for—

• Banff and Buchan College of Further Education;

• The Barony College;

• Cardonald College;

• Carnegie College;

• Clydebank College; and

• Cumbernauld College;

(d) for “Dundee College” substitute “Dundee and Angus College”;

(e) for “Edinburgh’s Telford College” substitute “Edinburgh College”;

(f) omit the entry for Elmwood College;

(g) after the entry for Elmwood College insert “Fife College”;

(h) after the entry for Forth Valley College of Further and Higher Education insert—

• “Glasgow Clyde College

• Glasgow Kelvin College”;

(i) omit the entries for—

• James Watt College;

• Jewel and Esk College;

• John Wheatley College;

• Kilmarnock College; and

• Langside College;

(j) for “Motherwell College” substitute “New College Lanarkshire”;

(k) after the entry for Newbattle Abbey College insert “North East Scotland College”;

(l) omit the entries for—

• Stevenson College Edinburgh; and

(m) after the entry for Stow College insert “West College Scotland”; and
