Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1)(c) of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 20091.
In accordance with section 5(2) of that Act, they have consulted SEPA, every responsible authority, the public bodies and office-holders who will be responsible authorities by virtue of this Order, and such other persons as they consider appropriate.
