2.—(1) The animals described in paragraph (2) are specified for the purposes of section 14ZC(1)(a) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 in respect of the places described in paragraph (3).
(2) The described animals are animals of the genus Apis other than Apis mellifera mellifera.
(3) The described places are the island of Colonsay and the adjoining island of Oronsay.
