Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 3 and Consequential Provisions) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st November 2013.

In this Order, “the Act” means the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010.
Appointed day2
1st November 2013 is appointed as the day for the coming into force of section 167 of the Act so far as relating to paragraph 4 of schedule 4 to the Act.
Revocations3
The Orders specified in column 1 of the Table in the Schedule are revoked.
