11. In section 68(1) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (grants in respect of activities relating to child care and family support)(1)—
(a)the word “or ”, where it fourth occurs, is repealed;
(b)after “(c.36)” insert “or the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 1)”; and
(c)for “either” substitute “any”.
