The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 152 and 153 of the Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 M1, section 44(5) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 M2, section 75 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 M3 and section 78(2) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 M4 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 104(2) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 and section 197(2) of the Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 M5, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
