10.  In section 9 (terms of office and remuneration)—

(a) in subsections (1) and (5), for “Each” substitute “The”;

(b) in subsections (2) and (3), for “A” substitute “The”;

(c) in subsection (6), for “each” substitute “the”; and

(d) in subsection (9), for “a” substitute “the”.
