8. In the Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 M1, in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “EEA State” substitute—
““EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;”.
