Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001

5.  In the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001(1), in section 77 (interpretation), at the appropriate alphabetical place insert—

““EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;”.
