13. In the Control of Pollution (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) (Scotland) Regulations 2003(1), in regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement, interpretation and extent), for the definition of “EEA State” substitute—
““EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;”.
