The Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 (Consequential Modifications and Savings) Order 2013

1.  In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Civil Contingencies Act 2004(1)—

(a) for paragraph 14 substitute—

“14.   The chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland.”; and

(b) for paragraph 15 substitute—

“15.   The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.”.
