SCHEDULE 2 MODIFICATIONS RELATING TO FIRE

Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 1993

11.  In regulation 11(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 1993 (consultation before the grant of hazardous substances consent)(1)—

(a) for sub-paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e) the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service;”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (k) omit head (ii).
