11. In regulation 11(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 1993 (consultation before the grant of hazardous substances consent)(1)—
(a)for sub-paragraph (e) substitute—
“(e)the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service;”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (k) omit head (ii).
