Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995

13.  In regulation 14(1)(d) of the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995 (exceptions and relaxations)(1)—

(a) for the third “a” to “(asp 5))” substitute “the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”; and

(b) for the second “authority” substitute “Service”.
