The Dangerous Substances (Notification and Marking of Sites) Regulations 199083 are modified as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)84 omit the definition of “fire authority”.

In regulations 4(1) and (2) (notification) and 8 (enforcing authority), for “fire authority”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.
